CFS Siam was created in 2013 to provide top quality services to foreigners owning property in Thailand.

Today CFS Siam is owned by Mr. Niran W. Stout. A multicultural Thai-British citizen, Niran has lived in many parts of the world, speaks fluent English and Thai, and was educated in Marketing and Sales at London University of the Arts. He also spent two years ordained as a Buddhist monk at the famous Wat Pah Nanachat in Ubon Ratchathani prior to joining CFS Siam. Behind him is a solid international team with a wide range of expertise and experience to make sure that any job gets done promptly and efficiently.
